Refund and Return Policy


At Xiaomi Kuwait, we want our customers to shop with confidence. We offer refund or exchange requests within 14 days from the date of purchase, subject to the conditions below.


Conditions for Refunds and Exchanges


1. Items purchased during a sale or promotion may be eligible for refund or exchange within 14 days of purchase.


2. To be eligible, the product must be in its original condition, unused, undamaged, and complete with all original packaging, labels, accessories, and manuals. The item must be suitable for resale at full retail value and accompanied by the original purchase receipt or proof of purchase.


3. Products that are damaged, used, missing parts, or not returned in their original packaging may not be accepted for refund or exchange.


4. For hygiene, safety, and product integrity reasons, certain products may not be eligible for return or exchange unless they are defective.


5. Digital products, gift cards, prepaid cards, software licenses, and any code-based or electronically delivered items are non-refundable unless a verified defect is confirmed.


6. If a fraud review is triggered on an order, Xiaomi Kuwait reserves the right to delay fulfillment, hold the order, or decline the refund request until the verification process is completed.


7. Refunds or exchanges will be processed based on the same value shown on the original receipt.


Refund Method


Approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method where applicable. Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.


Exchange Process


If your return is approved, you may exchange the item for another product of the same value, or pay the difference if exchanging for a higher-priced item.


Non-Returnable Items


The following items are generally not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive defective:

- Opened or used products

- Products with missing packaging or accessories

- Digital items or activation/code-based products

- Items damaged due to misuse

- Hygiene-sensitive products where return is not suitable

To request a refund or exchange, please contact Xiaomi Kuwait customer service and provide:

- Order number

- Proof of purchase

- Product details

- Reason for return or exchange
